VIETNAMESE CHICKEN SALAD - $9.95

shredded chicken tossed with cabbages, frisee lettuce, red peppers,
onions
and fresh herbs, dressed with Vietnamese sauce (nuoc cham)
topped with peanuts and crispy shallots

JACK AND GINGER SALAD - $9.95
Asian jackfruit mixed with lotus root, poached shrimp,
caramelized shallots and topped with white and black sesame seeds
and peanuts tossed with a shrimp sauce vinaigrette

GINGERGRASS SALAD - $9.95
red leaf lettuce with jicama, red peppers and shiitake mushrooms
in a tamarind dressing, topped with tofu marinated in
ginger, scallions, cilantro and sesame oil

MAKO SALAD - $10.95
grilled lemongrass flank steak on a bed of cabbages, frisee lettuce,
pickled vegetables, cucumbers, jicama, red peppers,
bean sprouts and fresh herbs
served with a creamy nuoc cham dressing
and topped with rice powder and peanuts

MAMA CINDY CHICKEN SALAD - $9.95
shredded chicken breast on a bed of shredded cabbage, frisee lettuce
and carrots topped with thinly sliced onion, peanuts and crispy shallots
served with a garlic-ginger dressing

all salads can be prepared without meat
or with tofu as a substitute
