Mako Mondays will return!

Acclaimed chef and Gingergrass menu designer, Mako Trinidad Scott will be back soon with her "Mako Mondays" where she creates a four-course, prixe fixe Vietnamese family style dinner.

Until then, Mako will be focusing on ramping up the Gingergrass Kitchen catering operations and opening the NEW Burbank location in the summer of 2008.
