Asian jackfruit mixed with lotus root,
poached shrimp and caramelized shallots,
Served with a shrimp vinaigrette
Garnished with black and white sesame seeds and peanuts

Grilled Lemongrass-marinated Flank Steak on a salad of
shredded cabbage, frisee lettuce, pickled vegetables,
cucumbers, jicama, red peppers,
bean sprouts and fresh herbs,
Served with a creamy nuoc cham dressing
Garnished with rice powder and peanuts

MAMA CINDY SALAD
Shredded chicken breast on a bed of
cabbage, frisee lettuce and carrots,
topped with thinly sliced onions, peanuts and crispy shallots
Served with a garlic-ginger dressing
