PICK-UP/DELIVERY
Food can be picked up at our catering kitchen, located at 2388 Glendale Blvd. in Silver Lake, or delivered to the location of your choice. Delivery charges will apply. Charges will be based on distance and size of order. We will provide you with an estimated delivery fee when you place your order.

ORDERS
All catering orders must be placed at least 72 hours in advance of pick up or delivery. However, we will try to fulfill any orders received less than 72 hours to the best of our ability. Please do not hesitate to inquire.

PACKAGING/PLATTERS
All orders are packaged in aluminum foil containers which can be used for reheating. Salad, appetizer and sandwich platters will be plated on beautifully decorated black platters. Accompanying sauces and dressings will be in labeled, compostable containers. We encourage you to reuse, recycle and/or compost all containers and platters you receive with your Gingergrass order. Additional platters and compostable tableware (plates, cups, forks, knives, spoons, etc) are available for purchase. Please inquire.

STORAGE/REHEATING INSTRUCTIONS
Each menu item ordered will come labeled with its name and description, along with any instructions for storage and reheating.

PRICING
Prices and menu items are subject to change based on availability and seasonality without notice. Some menu items require a minimum order. All applicable taxes apply. Please call

PAYMENT
A 50% deposit is required to confirm a large event, to be paid on the date the contract is signed by the client and Gingergrass Kitchens Inc. The balance is due on the day of the event upon pick up or delivery. Accepted forms of payment are cash, Visa, MC, American Express and personal checks.

CANCELLATIONS
Orders for large events must be cancelled 72 hours in advance of the event date. Less than that will result in Gingergrass Kitchens Inc. retaining the deposit. For all other orders, we require cancellations 24-48 hours in advance of pick up or delivery. All cancellations MUST be made with Gingergrass Kitchens Inc.
