Lemongrass-marinated breast of free range chicken,
wing-on, 11 ozs. each, grilled
Served with Vietnamese sauce (Nuoc Cham)
Minimum half dozen per order

BO SATE
Cubed filet mignon, marinated in Asian spices
Wok sautéed with long beans and yams, in a spicy peanut sauce

BANANA LEAF FISH
Tilapia filet steamed in banana leaves with lemongrass, ginger, chilies,
scallions on a bed of carrots and shiitake mushrooms
Minimum half dozen per order

WOK-TOSSES LEMONGRASS CHICKEN
Slices of chicken breast in a lemongrass-basil-ginger sauce

PORK CHOPS
Marinated in a garlic-shallot sauce and grilled
Served with Vietnamese Sauce (Nuoc Cham)

CARAMELIZED SHRIMP
Wok sautéed shrimp with caramel and baby bok choy

WOK-TOSSED NOODLES
Egg noodles with your choice of shrimp, chicken, beef, or tofu
tossed with bean sprouts, onions, carrots and cabbage
No broken jasmine rice and Gingergrass Slaw
